Detailed Daywise Itinerary
Day 1 : Siliguri - Kakarvitta - Chitwan
On arrival at NJP/Bagdogra airport (IXB), our representative will receive you at the railway station or airport and escort you to Kakarvttia (Nepal) for your night journey to Chitwan.
Day 2 : Arrival at Chitwan
After arrival at Chitwan, check-in at the hotel. After freshen up, begin your Chitwan sight seeing - Elephant ride jungle safari, Tharu culture dance. Overnight stay at respective hotel at Chitwan.
Day 3 : Chitwan - Pokhara
After breakfast, start your journey from Chitwan to Pokhara . Overnight stay at hotel at Pokhara.
Day 4 : Pokhara Sightseeing
Pokhara is one of the most beautiful city and second largest tourist destination in Nepal, and also popularly known as the CITY OF LAKES.
After break fast begin your sightseeing tour. Visit the Fewa lake, 2nd largest lake in Nepal, boating in the lake with a short visit to Barahi temple, located in the middle of the lake. The splendid views of the Annapurna Himalayan range can be found reflected on the lake. Visit to Davis Fall, a charming waterfall and Gupteshwor (Mahadev)cave, the holy cave for Hindus where one can find the century long symbol of Lord Shiva. Visit to International Mountain Museum, the place to learn everything about mountaineering in Nepal.
Also visit Bindabasini temple, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Mahendra Cave, Seti river.

Day 5 : Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, begin your journey from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Same day arrive at Kathmandu and check-in to your hotel.

Day 6 : Kathmandu Sightseeing
Kathmandu tour is one of the most popular sightseeing tour in Nepal. Kathmandu city is the capital city of Nepal and is considered as heart of Nepal. Kathmandu valley the political, commercial, cultural hub of Nepal is framed for its natural beauty and historic and holistic places. Kathmandu valley contains three fabled cities, Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Kathmandu city has an artistic exposition of graceful temples, elegant palaces, brick paved courtyards and giant streets. It is surrounded by green mountain walls above which tower mighty snowcapped peaks. Kathmandu city has the pilgrimage places for both Hindus and Buddhists
After breakfast begin your Kathmandu sightseeing trip. Visit Kathmandu's Durbar Square. Durbar Square is one of three durbar (royal palace) squares in the Kathmandu Valley. It is the site of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace Complex, which was the royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century and where important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese monarch, still take place today. Visit the famous Pashupatinath temple. Not only is Pashupatinath the most important Hindu temple in Nepal, its one of the most important Shiva temples on the subcontinent and draws numerous devotees from all over India each year. Pashupati is considered to have a special concern for the kingdom of Nepal. Pashupatinath, an ancient plinth, by the banks of the holy Bagmati River, stands the 16th century of Pashupatinath - Shiva, as Lord of all Creatures.
Visit Swayambhunath. Swayambhunath the golden spire of the 5th-century Swayambhu stupa is adorned with a colourful fluttering of prayer flags; it crowns a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley and offers fantastic views over the city of Kathmandu. Swayambhunath is one of the most recognisable symbols in Nepal and the painted eyes of Buddha watch all who ascend the worn stone steps. It is a World Heritage Site and one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Nepal, and is at the source of the Valley's mythical beginning
Also visit Buddha Stupa, Budhanilkantha Temple - sleeping Lord Vishnu.
Overnight stay at hotel at Kathmandu.
Day 7 : Kathmandu to Kakarvttia
Travel from Kathmadu to Kakarvitta on bus, after breakfast. Overnight stay at hotel at Kakarvitta.
Day 8 : Departure from Kakarvitta
Departure from Kakarvitta to end the journey.

- Meals not mentioned in inclusions
- Personal Expenses / Purchase of things
- Any kind of insurance
- Any increase in the govt. taxes and state taxes
- Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Canvellation Policy
Your contract is with Bhutan Packages. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Bhutan Packages.
Payments
For the services contracted, 40 % advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment to our office or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
